Watched a 40 ft by 30 ft UFO in downtown BF no noise. 200 feet off the ground over the hydro dam. Bright white oval shaped craft. No structure seen. Watched it change from bright white to blood red. Three minute view. Object moved 5 miles an hour and acted like it was a living thing. Moved like a boat on water.
All of a sudden it moved down river at a very high rate. Turned back to bright white and moved across Fall Mt. Very slowly. I saw all of this from a mtb convertible

car, with a friend as a witness. It was close, it was bright, and it made no sound. Do not have any explanation. Happened June 1977.
