On my way to work at the overpass intersection of King Hill Ave and Atchison Ave. Light, large quiet and just hovering. There is a military base just 15 mins from here. Believe it is Elwood; not very big base.
I was raised in the military so I know it wasn't ours. Believe there's a power plant right across the river from that intersection.
