I grew up on the northern outskirts of Montgomery Alabama and my UFO sighting took place in 1977. I was 8 years old at the time and I was not able to fall asleep one night so I just lay in the bed waiting for the sandman. It was a very quiet night, quiet enough that I could hear night time bugs through my open window. Then suddenly I heard a faint whizzing kind of sound. rooftops of the neighborhood. I ran to my parents who got mad at me for making up silly stories instead of being asleep. I know what I saw that night and I know

it was a UFO.
