The star was definitely a dying star that exploded (and first time in my life, I saw a dying star actually in its final moments). It was definitely not a shooting star (meteor), because there is a big difference between a shooting star (meteor) and a dying star. This star that died in its final moments, lasted about 30-40 seconds in the night sky from when it turned into a fireball then moved and spun so fast then disappeared so far from the kite shaped

stars, and also when you look at the kite shaped stars, you'll notice there is one star missing from it.

I ever saw in my life. That 30-40 seconds felt like long hours when I stared at the dying star. When you see the stars out at night, look for the kite, and you will see one star missing. There was probably a very few in the World that watched this great event with the naked eye of a dying star (I'm from Alaska and at the time of the event, the kite was straight up, but I don't know if anyone else saw it worldwide).
