In a field south of Laconia, NH there was a UFO sighting when I was a kid. It was never covered in the media only local word of mouth type info was emerging. Someone had seen a flying saucer land and creatures coming out of the flying saucer and then leaving again. The flying saucer left burn-marks in the field where it had landed.

Did this happen in Gilmanton NH? In the 70s? My grandmother told us about a UFO landing in her field and I remember seeing the mark it left on the field what must have been 7 or 8 years later.
