I was driving towards Joelton on 431. It was close to 2 in the morning and I saw a light hovering above the roadway a bit up the road. I slowed down thinking there had been an accident and a rescue helicopter was hovering above the scene preparing to land. When I got closer I saw that it was a cigar shaped object that I instantly recognized as a UFO on account of movies and TV shows. It looked just like one of those things.
