Locations > Virginia > Alexandria > Pulsating Light Categories > Pulsating Light Pulsating Light UFO Sighting from Alexandria, Virginia April 10 2014   Not trying to scare anyone but I think I saw a UFO last night. I was walking the dog when I noticed the ground was illuminated from above by a pulsating non stable light. I looked up and saw a pulsating light shining down at me and my dog like a spotlight. It was far up but the light was concentrated around me and the dog. I immediately knew it wasn't a helicopter because there was no sound. Then the light turned off and left where the light had been was a dimmer light that     stable and not pulsating like the first one had.
