In 1958 there was UFO sighting in Springfield, Ohio that was covered up soon after it happened. There was a disc shaped vessel that traveled through the air about 200 feet up across the northern outskirts of Springfield. There were several witnesses and someone managed to take a photo of it.
The story along with the photo was in the local paper the next morning. After that the photo mysteriously disappeared and there was no mention in any media ever again.

were erased from the local paper. If you go to the local library and look for the microfilm you won't find it. It's like it never happened... But it did!
