Last night I was out with the dog when I saw this in the sky. What you see as a swirly image was actually one light moving very fast in different directions and one light lower down being relatively still. The two lights moved across the sky together this way, one stable and one dancing around like crazy.
It was real quiet out last night and as far as I could hear this thing whatever it was wasn't very loud. There was a slight hissing sound but I had to listen real careful

to hear it. I grabbed my phone and took this picture. I wasn't a believer in UFOs until now. Maybe there's a rational explanation, if there is I would love to hear

it.
