We saw something near the base low with red and white lights. To low and slow to be an aircraft. I asked the base entrance guard if he saw anything and was met with a blank stare. I inquired more and was told it was a Russin booster rocket. This was near the time we just got the B1 bombers on base. Anyone have info on this?
