I'm not a UFO believer but I saw something strange about 9 pm 4 / 7/21 in Benton AR. I was standing on my front porch and looked to the western sky and saw a bright light that was long and thin. I thought it might be a light reflecting from a nearby interstate worksite but the light was going in and out of the passing clouds from a dissipating rainstorm.
It was bright like LED lights white and appeared to be stacked or blocked like a jointed toy snake and somewhat blue in

the cubed areas. It was long much too long to be a plane and judging by the height of the clouds quite large.
At first I didn't think it was moving but it was

traveling very slowly slightly ascending and heading to the south. I watched it for about three minutes and it became blocked from view by my house.
I walked to the front lawn but it had disappeared when I could see in the direction it was heading. I don't know what it was but it was not a reflected light and too large to be a plane or helicopter and was moving too slow to have been an airplane. Also there was no sound.
