I saw a white orb. What looked like it was a small orb like cloud being reflected from the sun. It happened around 5:20-5:30 p.m. It didn't move and remained where it was for a few minutes. Then it started to move and changed its shape to a flat cloud. Mind you, it's a clear day. There was no cloud in sight. I wish I took a picture of what it looked like before it changed. Trust me this was not a chem trail plane. I wish I got a better picture. I was driving. I couldn't pull
