Triangular Object UFO Sighting from Canaan, Maine

I went outside for a cigarette. I saw what looked like a plane as it had a flashing white light. There were three other constant white lights on the bottom of the aircraft. The lights were in a triangular pattern. As it flew overhead it appeared to be spinning or rotating as it propelled in a straight line. I did not hear it until after it passed suggesting it may be traveling quite quickly. It took about one minute to pass by and seemed to be at the typical height a small
engine plane. The sound was similar to a jet with a humming and sharp whooshing sound. Though it was not particularly loud.
