My wife and were driving east on Rt. 20 in belvedere. We were coming from Rt. 76. It was around 7:30 pm so it was pretty dark already. Suddenly something crossed in front of us from right to left. Approximately 40-50 ft off the ground and maybe about the same distance to the front from us, so we guessed it crossed about 50ft above and in front from us. It flew by very fast, hard to distinguish its shape. It was probably a dark rounded or egg-shaped object with 1 or 2 very dimmed

right lights. We were very intrigued by that thing and talked about it all the way to our house in Elgin. Wondering if anybody else witnessed that thing?

I witnessed the same phenomenon in 1962 about February very close to where Frank Gays Marquee used to be.
